  • WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

    Under each item online you will find a general size guide. For most items, you will also find the garment measurements for that specific item under the size guide button. Click on “size guide” in the menu and then “garment measurements” to find the actual measurements - these can help you in order to choose the correct size. We welcome you to contact our customer care team for specific sizing advice as well.

SHIPPING

  • WHEN WILL MY PRODUCT BE SHIPPED?

     SANKUANZ will process orders within 3-4 business days after you place your order. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

     

    SANKUANZ reserves the right to refuse the order. SANKUANZ reserves the right to delay shipment in the event that the order cannot be shipped due to uncontrollable factors.

     

     SANKUANZ reserves the right to reduce the order quantity limit based on the availability of items.Once an order has shipped, we will send an email to the email address provided on the order with tracking information for your shipment.

     

    For customers from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, please be sure to fill out your name on your ID card when filling out the shipping information. Japanese and Korean customers must fill in your address in English. We cannot change the completed shipping information after check out.

     

    We do not offer invoice notes.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

  • CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY ORDER?

    Modifying or canceling an order is possible so long as the merchandise has not yet entered the packaging or shipment phases.If you have an SANKUANZ account, Please follow the below steps to modify or cancel your order:

     

    1. Login to your SANKUANZ account
    2. Click on "My Orders" in the menu
    3. Select the subject of your request in the modification field
    4. Fill in the request in the contact form and send
    5. If you have no account, please contact our Customer Service for assistance.

       

      Please note: if an order was placed using the guest check out option, you must create an SANKUANZ account to modify the order yourself. If you do not wish to create an SANKUANZ account, you can always contact our Customer service team for assistance in modifying the order.

    1. HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

      Regrettably, we are unable to provide a refund at this time.
