PRICE PROTECTION POLICY AND PROMOTIONS
As a sign of our commitment to providing the best service possible, SANKUANZ offers customers a price protection policy under the following conditions:
A price adjustment may only be applied once per item. In other words, an additional price adjustment will not be offered a second time if an item purchased that has already received a price adjustment has gone on sale or its price has been reduced again.
If all of these conditions are met, please contact the Customer Care team so that they can refund the difference onto the original method of payment.
Exclusion: We are unable to offer price adjustments on items purchased which had become eligible for coupons, as coupons are only applicable on next purchases during their eligible period.
